Yes. Each vet gets their own calendar and profile, and the practice owner sees all of them in a single panel. How many vets you can add depends on your package tier.

Can the AI assistant give wrong information?

The assistant only speaks from what you enter: services, opening hours and the calendar. It does not invent what it doesn't know — if your hours are missing it won't offer a time, it says you will get back to them.

How do vaccination reminders go out?

Each animal's vaccine and parasite dates are kept on its record. When one comes due the owner is notified, and you choose which channels are used.

You can import patient and animal records from the panel. We check the file format with you before the import.
