1. Parties

2. The Service

HekimDoktor is a health technology platform providing doctor search, appointment booking, AI health assistant, symptom triage, nutrition tracking, medication reminders, health data logging, e-prescriptions, and doctor-patient messaging.

⚠️ Important: HekimDoktor is an information platform, not a diagnostic or treatment service. AI assistants do not prescribe. In emergencies call 112.

3. Membership

  • Account requires accurate info + email verification.
  • Users under 18 require parental consent.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, complete information
  • Not enter other people's data without permission
  • Not use the platform unlawfully (fraud, spam, fake profiles)
  • Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or use bots

5. Fees and Payment

  • Patient core features are free; some premium features may require subscription.
  • Doctor/clinic/hospital subscriptions billed via Stripe.
  • Prices include VAT shown on the site.
  • Digital service is delivered immediately upon payment, so withdrawal rights are limited (Turkish Consumer Protection Law Art. 15/1-ğ — instant-delivery services).
  • Cancel anytime from subscription settings; access continues until period end.

6. Service Quality and Liability

  • HekimDoktor provides the service with reasonable care but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • AI assistant outputs are not medical advice; do not replace a doctor.
  • Doctor profiles are based on doctors' declarations; HekimDoktor does not guarantee the quality of medical care provided by listed doctors.
  • Total liability is limited to fees paid to HekimDoktor in the prior 12 months.

7. Intellectual Property

Site, app, content, brand, logo, design, and software belong to HekimDoktor Sağlık Teknoloji A.Ş.. User-submitted content remains owned by the user, who grants HekimDoktor a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on the platform.

8. Termination

  • Users may delete their account anytime.
  • HekimDoktor may close accounts that violate these terms.
  • Deleted account data is handled per Privacy Notice §6.

9. Governing Law

Sakarya Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. Consumer rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law are reserved.

10. Changes

When updated, the version date changes and re-consent is required. Continuing to use the service after a change implies acceptance.
