Excellent service from start to finish. Easy booking system, really clear and straightforward instructions, amazing attention to detail, calm and lovely environment. Helen was AMAZING! Made me feel so calm and in no way awkward about the procedure. I will be recommending her to everybody I know 😍

Just been for my colonic at The Complete Health Clinic in Manchester and honestly, one of the best experiences I’ve had – and definitely the most fun I’ve ever had with my pants off 😂 Helen, the owner, is absolutely brilliant. She makes you feel completely at ease from start to finish, explains everything clearly, and creates such a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. We even had a lovely chilled chat throughout, which was lovely. The clinic itself is spotless, professional, and welcoming. I couldn’t recommend Helen and The Complete Health Clinic enough if you’re considering colonic hydrotherapy – you’ll be in very safe (and friendly!) hands. Will definitely be back!

Helen is an amazing practitioner who is so professional and knowledgeable about her practice, she is always so personable and welcoming making you feel at ease and comfortable immediately. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients. I trust her. I went for a colon massage and it was amazing! I can’t put into words how relaxed and peaceful I felt coming out of this treatment. She focused on calming the vagus nerve, open the lymphatic system, and working the colon/digestive system. She put an eye mask on me, turned on relaxing music, and used calming essential oils; I went to such a peaceful place in my head. She made space for me and my body to work at their own rhythm. I’ve not met someone I’ve felt so comfortable around so quickly. I will be returning for more appointments.
