Ms. Augustin takes her time and checks everything carefully, no matter how busy the practice is. There was no sign of stress, even when the receptionist was sick and no one else was there.

We visited Dr. Augustin again today. First of all, I'm very grateful that the practice is continuing. I'm more than satisfied with the doctor's visits. Thanks to the new concept (calling ahead and getting a fixed appointment), there's virtually no waiting time anymore, making it a more bearable visit for the children. Dr. Augustin has always taken her time and questioned everything to make an accurate diagnosis. I can continue to recommend the practice with a clear conscience.

The doctor is kind and takes her time. The practice is beautifully decorated. Of course, there's still a hint of melancholy, as my family and I had Dr. Bolm by our side for almost 30 years, so it's quite an adjustment. I think the doctor has managed this well here. Not only with the modern facilities and the use of the entire practice space, but also with the emergency consultation hours, for which you have to register by phone. It's definitely different and also more difficult to get treatment (it's sometimes difficult to get through by phone and then you have to hope that the emergency consultation hours aren't full yet). But a lot has changed here, which is certainly necessary for a fresh start. It's nice to see a familiar and comfortable face among the medical assistants. All in all, I left with a positive impression.
