From my very first appointment with Monica, when she diagnosed my sacral trauma, Knosis has changed my life. Monica is the first provider of any kind who saw that my unusual posture and body shape were the result of (at least) one accident - not something congenital. Since then, I’ve worked regularly with Monica and most of the other therapists at Knosis (including Lukasz, Eleanor, and Liron, and with Jennifer Long for rehabilitative Pilates. I am now close to having a truly healthy and stable posture - and an “easeful body.” My whole self-image has changed for the better and I move better at 73 than I did at 16, 25, or 65.

I have been seeing Liudmila Lahonda, who goes by Mila for short, at Knosis for a few months now for pelvic floor therapy. She is absolutely the best! My symptoms have improved a lot and she is a joy to talk to and work with. I highly recommend her!

I have been a patient of Liron Bensimon, now at Knosis, for several years and for several issues and highly recommend him. Liron is unusually thoughtful and thorough in his analysis and his treatment strategy. His approach reflects a high level of knowledge and experience. He is also gentle and listens carefully to his clients. His treatment of my shoulder injury differed significantly from that of the previous therapist I tried elsewhere, and I was finally able to achieve recovery. I always feel I am in safe hands with Liron. The Knosis space is a cut above - quiet, light, calming, and inviting.
