The Doctors Practice

I had my follow-up appointment on 11th February at 8:00 pm, and I would like to iterate how caring and genuine Dr. Bik is. I left the appointment with guidance on how to improve and adjust my lifestyle, but it’s the in depth information and how Dr. Bik relays the message to you which is second to none. I feel grateful to have chosen to come to this practise an want to thank Dr Bik for reassuring me and helping me on how I can change / better my lifestyle.

I came in to see Dr Rinku with my wife, and from the very beginning she was outstanding. She immediately identified the problem, made the correct referrals without delay, and supported us every step of the way through what was a very tough process. Her bedside manner is truly amazing, compassionate, reassuring, and professional throughout. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and support she gave us during such a difficult time. We will definitely be coming back and feel confident aligning our health with her and the team.

Dr Rinku and her practice provided an excellent standard of care. From the outset, Dr Rinku made me feel comfortable and at ease, despite my initial anxiety. After spending time researching and choosing this practice, I am very pleased with my decision. She was reassuring, thorough in assessing my concern, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I was presented with multiple options, which allowed me to make an informed decision about my care. Dr Rinku was calm, attentive, and highly professional throughout the consultation. I would confidently recommend her practice to anyone seeking compassionate and professional medical care.
