10/10 Experience my dentist was amazing so friendly and so understanding, the reception staff were also amazing.

I had an NHS emergency appointment today at Alpha Dental Care, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. A special thank you to Dr. Rachel, who was simply outstanding. Despite it being an emergency appointment, she took her time with my dental filling, ensuring everything was done thoroughly and with great care—nothing felt rushed at all. She also answered all my questions with patience and clarity, which made a huge difference to my experience. It’s rare to receive such attentive and compassionate care during an NHS emergency visit, and I’m truly grateful. Thank you, Alpha Dental Care and Dr. Rachel, for going above and beyond!
