I from the U.S. and was traveling through Canada when I lost a screw from my glasses. Even though Dr. Brown knew I would never be back, she replaced it at no charge. Very good person.
The best I've ever experienced in both eye exams and eyewear. They stand behind their guarantees and have helped fix my frames over the years when I've stepped on them, etc.
I had the best experience this morning! I’m from out of town for work and accidentally soaked my contacts in mouthwash (yes… my worst nightmare). The team here was so incredibly kind and understanding. They gave me a free pair of contacts AND contact solution, no questions asked. They literally saved my whole day. I can’t thank them enough for being so helpful, quick, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend! 🙌💛
