I experienced a chronicle Fabella syndrome and was faced with two options:, start physiotherapy or undergo surgery. I chose physiotherapy, and I'm so glad I did! Dr. Lisa was incredible and her expertise made a significant difference in my three months recovery. The process of building muscle around the affected area was challenging, but she guided me every step of the way. Thanks to her, my pain has significantly diminished, and I was able to avoid surgery.
