They took the time to really listen, to reassure me, and to walk me through every step with patience and kindness. They didn’t judge me or make me feel like a burden — they accepted me for who I am and met me right where I was. It’s not easy to find that kind of genuine care, especially after going through so much. But I did, and I’m so thankful I gave them a chance.
