The consultation was brief but covered everything I needed and I felt looked after. There was a small misunderstanding about the hotel pickup time, but the transfer itself was smooth. On the day, we carefully designed the hairline together and completed blood tests before starting. I was relieved that only the donor area needed shaving. Around 3000 grafts were extracted, followed by implantation and PRP treatment. The procedure went smoothly and I felt fine throughout. The clinic was clean, the staff were friendly, and a translator was present the whole time. The next day’s wash and aftercare guidance were clear and professional. I am now two weeks post transplant, following the aftercare plan and staying in contact with the team via WhatsApp. So far, everything is progressing well and I look forward to the results in the coming months.

When we arrived at the airport, someone was already there waiting for us. They took us to a 5-star Marriott hotel. The hotel stay and transportation were all included with no extra cost. Everyone was very nice and made us feel comfortable. They took us back and forth to the clinic, and my procedure went very smooth.
