I had a tooth extraction here by Dr Kauser Zafar. and the experience was excellent. The dentist explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and the procedure was quick and painless. The staff were very kind and professional. My recovery has been smooth thanks to their clear aftercare instructions. Highly recommend this clinic!

I cannot put into words how grateful I am to Park Dental Surgery and especially Dr Maaria Khan. My brother is non-verbal, autistic, and suffers from severe nerve pain. For over a week he had been in unbearable pain. We tried ibuprofen and antibiotics but nothing was helping. Yesterday morning we went to the dental hospital only to be turned away without any treatment. Later that evening we went to the children’s hospital and were again refused help, even though my brother was experiencing severe distress and tantrums in the waiting room due to the pain. As his sister, it was absolutely heartbreaking to watch him suffer and feel completely helpless. The way we were dismissed despite how unwell he clearly was felt deeply unfair and left us emotionally drained. Booking this emergency appointment at Park Dental Surgery truly saved us. From the moment we arrived we were met with kindness, patience, and understanding. Dr Maaria Khan was incredible. Despite how difficult it was to treat a non-verbal autistic patient in extreme pain, she remained calm, compassionate, and professional throughout. She successfully carried out my brother’s tooth extraction when no one else would help us. Her empathy and skill turned a traumatic situation into one of relief and comfort. She treated my brother with dignity and care, something that had been missing earlier that day. I am beyond grateful to Dr Maaria Khan and her nurse, Sabiha Begum, for the compassion and humanity they showed us. After being unfairly turned away from both the dental hospital and the children’s hospital while my brother was clearly in severe pain and distress, it felt like no one was willing to help or listen. What we experienced earlier that day was heartbreaking and exhausting, and it made the care we received here mean even more. Dr Maaria Khan and Sabiha Begum did what others would not, and their kindness brought us relief when we felt completely helpless. I will never forget the care they gave my brother, and I thank them from the bottom of my heart.
