Recovery Island

This was my first experience with the cold plunge at Recovery Island , and what initially attracted me were the reasonable prices that weren’t exaggerated. It definitely won’t be my last experience! I loved everything, from the décor to the cozy atmosphere. I’d like to especially thank Maria, who made my first and most difficult experience much easier and more encouraging. With her support, I was able to have a wonderful experience, and I look forward to returning again."

I had an excellent experience with the physiotherapy department. I had been suffering from neck pain for four months, and thanks to Dr. David, my condition improved significantly. The pain completely went away after just 8 sessions. Special thanks to Dr. David for his professionalism and exceptional care. Highly recommended!

Just completed my 4th session of recovery with physiotherapist David. Satisfied with all the workout, already feeling better with my back injury. The workout doesn't stop at the center, I appreciate the workout program given between the sessions. The space has positive vibes. Super friendly staff. +I'm here for the delicious protein shake 😊
