Having read many negative experiences in a group for foreigners in Sofia I went here with also doubts but everything changed as from the moment I stepped foot in. Dr. Balabanov clearly communicates every.single.step which is taken. About the procedure(s) itself: I went there for braces on my lower teeth - I got refered & had my first meeting where pictures were taken and a few days after Dr. Balabanov made a powerpoint presentation like I have not ever seen before, the details & the explanations which were giving during the presentations were simply superb (this is even an understatement). Also due to the high cost of braces Dr. Balabanov proactively provides payment terms, in parts, which makes it affordable for everyone. If you wish to have a good English speaking dentist who's communicative (with literally every step/move which is being taken whilst procedure so no unexpected pains or whatever happens) & nice experience then Dr. Balabanov should be your choise.
