Customer service and after care absolutely 💯! My whole experience from entering the clinic, during and after was exceptional. This is my 2nd treatment and as a 56 year old I’m very wary of what I get done and by whom. I’m Absolutely delighted to give clinetix 5 stars.
Claire has a wonderfully cheerful and relaxed personality which helps make treatments comfortable and fun, but more importantly, she is very professional and dedicated to getting the best results she can for you. Results are showing my trust in her is well founded. The clinic itself has a lovely atmosphere, helped by the friendly welcome that Kerry greets you with at reception. Nothing is ever too much trouble as they do their best to make your visit the best experience it can be.
I received a tailored facial from Erin today. I can’t honestly believe how professional the service was. I felt totally relaxed throughout the procedure and Erin ensured I understood what I’d get from each of the products applied to my skin. No pushy sales pitch for products or future appointments after the treatment which was refreshing. My skin feels amazing and I bought what she recommended anyway because I trusted her expertise on how to manage my flare ups of dermatitis as well as to keep my skin youthful and fresh in appearance. Will definitely book in again ❤️
