I paid ₹1000 as consultation fees and was expecting clear guidance, especially regarding the overall treatment cost. The doctor did explain the number of sessions required, but she did not provide any approximate idea of the total expense, even after I asked multiple times. I completely understand that every person’s skin is different and results may vary. However, when it comes to financial planning, patients at least deserve a rough estimate or cost range before starting the treatment. As a student, I need to inform my parents in advance about the expected expenses. It is not practical to begin a treatment without knowing whether the total cost will fit within our budget. Saying “we will see how much effect comes after starting” is not enough when it involves significant financial commitment. Transparency about pricing is a basic expectation during any medical or cosmetic consultation. Because of the lack of clarity and proper cost discussion, I felt that my consultation fee was not worth it. I hope the clinic improves communication and provides better financial transparency for future patients.
