I visited Biomundus and I'm absolutely thrilled! You feel at ease as soon as you walk in – everything is friendly, bright, and modern. I would particularly like to highlight the dental cleaning (prophylaxis) with Ms. Kasia Freudemann: she is not only extremely competent, but also incredibly warm and empathetic. You can immediately tell that she's passionate about her job. During the treatment, she explains everything clearly and works thoroughly yet gently – I felt completely in good hands the entire time. Not only is my smile cleaner after the appointment, but I also left the practice feeling truly uplifted. Thanks to the entire team, also for the pleasant atmosphere – I'll definitely be back and can recommend the practice!

Yesterday I inquired about an appointment and was there today at 9:30 a.m. First, I had a check-up, during which the dentist took his time, explained everything clearly, and was very friendly and competent. Afterward, my teeth were professionally cleaned. The dental hygienist was exceptionally friendly, empathetic, and highly skilled. Due to the necessary techniques during the treatment, my lips were quite irritated at times, which she immediately noticed. She attentively and gently cared for and moisturized my lips throughout, so I felt well looked after the entire time. The cleaning itself was thorough yet pleasant. She also made helpful suggestions for any further treatments, all transparent and without pressure. Overall, a thoroughly positive experience with a wonderful, warm, and professional team. Highly recommended, 5 stars.

I had an appointment with a doctor Valeriia Khokhlachova and I couldn’t be happier and more satisfied to receive such a professional care. She is incredibly skilled, gentle and makes a treatment on such a high level! Truly grateful to have found such an amazing dental team. Highly recommend.
