Night and Day Emergency Dentist

I’ll start by saying prior to last night I’ve never had a single positive experience with a dentist. Last night I experienced excruciating pain while eating. I called 111 at 18:00 and didn’t receive a call back until 04:00 this morning (already sorted and fast asleep by then thanks to Night and Day). I called Night and Day up at around 20:00 and they immediately asked me to come down. I filled out a quick form and was in the chair within 10 minutes (there was another client in at the time). The staff were empathetic and professional throughout and the dentists recommendations were honest pointing out that the more expensive option can fail, filling me with confidence they had my best interests at heart as oppose to just lining their pockets which I’ve had at other places before. 30 days aftercare is included with the treatment too which fills me with piece of mind. Today it looks to be healing well and the pain is easily manageable with ibuprofen and paracetamol which I wasn’t expecting…I thought it would be worse. Thanks again guys you were fantastic!

I unexpectedly needed a tooth extraction yesterday and I can not fault the staff and treatment in the Middlesbrough/Baker Street dentist. Receptionist Jess, was very chatty, calming and took the edge off the fact I was in a lot of pain. Such a lovely girl to welcome you as you walk in! Britany was very welcoming and understanding when I become a bit nervous after the numbing injections and told me everything was normal and to not worry. Dr Sulaiman was fantastic, very thorough, explained the procedure down to the very last detail and did so when explaining after care too. Such a comfortable and welcoming environment and offered drinks on arrival to settle nerves. Very clean and clinical, smells lovely and lovely environment with TV on quietly for background noise, water offered, lots of reassurance as I understand some people are very nervous! I can not fault the service in any area and left although in a bit of pain, knowing I had been in safe hands all day and confident the healing process would be okay. Thank you to all 3 staff on 19th January, albeit an unexpected but very pleasant experience. These guys are the ones to go to in an emergency! Thank you so much.

I recently had a treatment from Night and Day Emergency Dentist. I am very impressed with the service and how friendly the staff are. Every visit over my period of my treatment, I was always have a lovely greeting from Jess and Charlotte, they both been really helpful and made things easy to register to the practice. Zac and Brit both take time to make sure that I feel comfortable as much as possible with the treatment. The quality of dental work is brilliant! Thanks again Zac, Brit, Charlotte, Jess and Kicha for a lovely experience. You guys are very caring. Keep up your good works. I already recommended the practice to my colleagues and will highly recommended to anyone!
