I would highly recommend Physiokinetic. I had an assessment and follow up appointment for achilles tendinopathy in June 2024. I saw Ford Miller who I thought was excellent- he got to know me as an individual, spent time carrying out a detailed assessment and worked out a personalised rehab plan. This made a big difference to my recovery. I was able to book appointments quickly and easily plus he kept in touch through email. The price was very reasonable and they offer a discount for University of Birmingham staff members.

Came back to physio after surgery a few years as I still felt like something wasn't right. Had seen a couple of NHS physios during this time, however it didn't seem to help. My first meeting with Mike was brilliant, I finally felt listened to and actually had a thorough assessment to find the issue. There's still a way to go but I know Mike has started me back on the road to a full recovery. Highly recommend and worth every penny!

Went from crutches to clear in like 3 sessions, would def recommend. Probably the first place I actually felt listened to and has given me lots of confidence for fully returning to my normal life again with a very vigorous assessment to make sure I felt fully trusting of my leg again.
