Spiral Techniques

My session with Art was beyond profound and powerful. He opened up within me a lot of stuckness and rigidity that needed moving and letting go. It was a while since I felt that viscerally open and alive in a long time. Art really takes the time to listen and understand and is an exceptional tracker of the body. I look forward to seeing him for my next session!

The pain relief is unreal! Nothing worked until I found Art. He really has a wonderful healing touch. The first visit I had immediate relief. My shoulder and back pain returned but not for some time, so I went back to Art and got all fixed up again. He gave me great exercises to do each time that really helped. He also informed me of some foods to be eating or avoiding to help. Extra knowledgeable person, I can’t recommend him enough. He has helped me so much and I am like a new person and can do the things I once used to with no pain.

I was referred to Art and the myofascial technique after pursuing so many other avenues to relieve my pain in shoulder, arm, hip and glute. Years of chiropractic and acupuncture and massages never addressed the deeper issue My one session with Art alleviated years of constant pain. I have also read the Ming Method book The Permanent Pain Cure prior to meeting with Art and this helped prepare my body in advance to receive the treatment. I'm forever grateful for the recommendations and will continue to get my body healed by Art.
