My mother aged 75had lived with severe knee pain for many years and was extremely reluctant to consider knee replaceme surgery due to the negative experiencs shared by others. We were referred to dr. Ankur gupta and a single consultation with him completely changed her outlook. His calm, compassionate manner and the confidence with which he explained the minimum cut technique immediately put her at ease. For the first time she felt genuinely heard and reassured whice gave her the courage to proceed - not just with two knee but with bilateral knee replacement in the same sitting

The entire Hospital, the owner, Dr. Ankur Gupta and every single staff member from attendants to nurses to administrative staff are truly living up to the name of the Hospital, SADBHAVANA. Really a compassionate set of people. Staying at Avinash New County for about an year now, I never knew we had such a compassionate health facility adjacent to us. My mother suffered a head injury and we took her bleeding to the Hospital. Dr. Ankur Gupta was leaving after his morning OPD. He himself took us into the emergency and guided the staff and explained me the thing and left. Staff dealt it professionally and with utmost human touch. Utmost touching experience: While I was sitting before Dr. Ankur Gupta in the OPD, a poor 40 year old welding worker at the Mayfair came crying in with what I understood as collar bone slippage. Dr. Could be seen in pain seeing a 40 year old cry. He really dealt him with love. The worker said he needs to return to work soon to be making his livelihood. Dr. Ordered the staff to refund his entire fees and sent him back comforted with confidence that he would be fine and back to work within 5 days. It was really a heartening experience see Dr. Ankur Gupta treat the poor man as he would treat his own brother. I offered to bear the cost of the treatment and the Dr. turned it down gently saying he had enough to do such favor for the needy. I offered him to keep my contact number and give me a call whenever I could help any of such needy people as it would be difficult for him to do the same for many. I was surprised, he told me I may send as many such people as I can and he would be happy to do the same to everyone. I bowed down to him with folded hands. In these days of commercial hospitals, this kind of a heartening experience at a Hospital humbled me like nothing else. Her calm and reassuring nature gave me so much confidence during such an important phase of my life. The post-delivery care provided by the nurses was especially touching. Their kindness, warmth, and attentiveness made me feel safe and supported. I am truly grateful to the entire team at Sadbhavna Hospital.
