ACR Physiotherapy and sports injury clinic

First class experience from consultation through to treatments. My physiotherapist (Mesut) took the time to patiently listen to my situation before analysing potential root causes. From there Mesut provided a physio plan for improvement that included mobility, movement, core strengthening amongst other things. Positive outcome was felt within 2 sessions! Hopefully the improvements will continue day to day now. All thanks to ACR Physiotherapy. Highly recommended.

I started home physiotherapy sessions with ACR Physio Clinic about 1.5 months ago, and I’m still continuing. This is after my acetabular fracture and shoulder dislocation surgery, and I’m really happy with the results so far. From the very first call, Mesut Acar was super helpful and friendly, making everything easy to arrange. My physiotherapist, Ozden Yasarer has been amazing, very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She helped me regain movement and strength in both my shoulder and leg, and always made the sessions comfortable and motivating. I’d definitely recommend ACR Physio Clinic, especially Ozden Yasarer, to anyone looking for high-quality and personalised physiotherapy care. I have been seeing Mesut for a few months now and his advice and hands on work with exercise and massage has helped me with multiple issues. Shoulder issues have massively improved as a result of these exercises and massage provided. I am now continuing with maintenance massage monthly to help with back and hip stability issues which are much more under control now with Mesuts help and expertise. As well as these skills Mesut also shows loads of empathy and understanding with the reality of fitting in lots of extra routines into busy lives and never judges. Keep up the great work Mesut !👍
