I have visited Stafford Physio for two different problems over the last few months It is well run and the staff are approachable . They discuss options and outcomes with no pressure. Both issues I had are much improved after the treatments. My Achilles pain was getting me down and has now gone. Exercises are well explained and demonstrated with videos to use at home. I would certainly go back to them for any future issues should they occur

After struggling with a frozen shoulder for a couple of months I contacted Stafford Physio and am really pleased with the result. After just 4 sessions there has been a huge improvement and I don’t have to go again. They were very thorough in their initial assessment and explain the exercises needed (and why) very well. They do a lot of work in the session and it is very good value. Everyone is very friendly and approachable, the facilities are great and it is really convenient being at the Leisure Centre with parking etc. I would highly recommend them … I just wish I had gone sooner.

I am so glad I found Russell and Stafford Physio. Russell is friendly, professional, dedicated and shows an extraordinary attention to detail. His Treatment and Waiting room is nice, clean, fresh and bright. I am a 68 year old cyclist who recently sustained a complete tear of my quadriceps tendon, I attended Russell for post surgery rehabilitation treatment. Initially my leg was unable to make a full revolution of the pedals and a return to cycling looked bleak. Through a series of evolving exercises and massage treatment my strength and movement improved. Exercises were also demonstrated in a supplied App with a checklist to help encourage me between visits. As leg movement improved so the exercises were amended, Russell also has acess to a fully equipped Gym which is also a benefit. In April 8 months after my tear, I achieved my goal of taking part and finishing in the Loch Ness Etape, a 100km cycle ride with 7000 other riders. I am a very highly satisfied patient, Russell's services are exemplary and I wish him well for the future.
