You can get an appointment really quickly, the staff are very friendly, and it's all done in a flash, but the young man who tested me there on Monday evening (January 31st) was clearly poorly trained. He practically shoved the swab into my brain, twisted it around for ages, and it was really painful. It's never been done like that there before, not even by his colleagues. I really don't need that with a rapid test 😔

We've always been very satisfied so far. I appreciate that the swab is taken relatively deep, so you can be quite certain about the test result. And it's completely painless. The staff are all very friendly. You can usually get an appointment at very short notice. Today (February 13th), however, the woman was a bit rough. She only tested the front of the throat, but it still stung quite a bit. And it only lasted a very short time. She dipped the swab into the liquid for almost exactly two seconds. Is that enough? I'm not sure. Normally, you're asked whether it's your nose or throat. That didn't happen either. I think we could have saved ourselves the test today. A self-test would have been sufficient.
