I would like to say a big thank you to the este team at Manchester for looking after me. The reception staff are very professional, attentive and welcoming. They have gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions to help me with my appointments and any treatment related queries i’ve had. They are always willing to help no matter how many times you ask. Thank you Sarah and Alanna for looking after me. Mirza who has been doing my treatments is very knowledgable when it comes to hair and he always is willing to answer questions and is very welcoming. I enjoy getting treatments from him. Ozan the manager is very kind and has been checking up on me to ensure my procedure went well and according to plan. He spoke to the surgery team and kept me informed of what to expect. Jessica is always hands on and has alot of knowledge when it comes to hair treatment. I am glad i picked este as the support here is exactly what you want when you go through a life changing journey/procedure.

have spoken to many staff members at Este, however Mehrnaz at the Manchester branch truly stands out. She was absolutely amazing and one of the best professionals I have come across. She was very friendly, approachable, and genuinely empathetic, going far beyond simply doing her job. Mehrnaz took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and never once made me feel rushed. Unlike other consultants who can sometimes feel sales-driven, it was clear that her priority was my wellbeing and achieving the best outcome for me. Her professionalism, selflessness, and care are exceptional, and she is a real asset to the company. Came in for a consultation to the Manchester clinic just to get a feel for my options as I’ve never really been to any before. The consultant Jessica was really good, felt very welcoming and trustworthy. When spending so much money you’d like to know as much detail as possible about what is going on and she gave answers to every question asked and was very inviting with no pressure to go for this company. Walked out of there booking my first appointment the next Friday. The appointment on Friday was really good. I had Mirza who was doing the treatment on me which was extremely professional, clean and very welcoming. He explained the treatment before we started the session and during the treatment he was walking me through exactly what he was doing which made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs or wants to get the hair sorted out as they are really good.
