Our child was suspected of having autism, and no one was willing to perform the diagnostics (due to the coronavirus pandemic!). We received several appointments at the institute within four weeks. Before that, we spent countless hours on the phone, but to no avail. On top of that, not only were many practices closed, but the few others that were still open had waiting times of several months and scheduled 10-12 appointments, so you couldn't help but get the impression that their main goal was to drag out the diagnostics as long as possible to make money off their patients. And for anyone who can't wait until the coronavirus pandemic is over: call directly, and if it's urgent, be sure to mention it, and you'll get an appointment within a few days – usually with the head doctor!

Here, you are greeted by a friendly team (which, unfortunately, has become the exception in today's practices). Even at registration, you are pleasantly surprised by their high level of expertise. Due to political reasons, you unfortunately have to wait a little longer for appointments, but this is in no way the fault of the institute. We have been patients at the institute with our son for several years and have always felt well cared for. Improvements are comprehensible and well-documented. Questions are always answered in a friendly and competent manner. The core treatment, with its focus on the child, is always the priority. We are fortunate to have found the right people to care for our son at this institute.

Excellent. The doctor always takes plenty of time and listens to our child's needs. She also provides additional information beyond her age. The practice team is always friendly and reliable.
