City Endodontics P.L.L.C.

I had an exceptional experience at City Endontics in NYC. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the quiet, spa-like atmosphere of the office — calm, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. It immediately set a reassuring tone for my visit. Dr. Dr. Marcus Johnson is outstanding — skilled, gentle, and thorough in explaining each step of the procedure. What could have been a stressful experience was handled with such expertise and care that I felt completely at ease. Cristel, the dental assistant, was warm, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment. Their calm presence really enhanced my comfort level. I also want to commend Kim, the office manager, for her professionalism and kindness. They made scheduling and navigating insurance simple and stress-free. It’s rare to find a team that combines exceptional clinical skill with such a serene environment and genuine care for their patients. I wholeheartedly recommend this office to anyone in need of endodontic treatment.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of having a root canal (revision) and an additional “surprise” infection the following week resulting in an emergent root canal recommendation by City Endodontics. Dr. Marcus Johnson and his team offered a quick turnaround for an emergency assessment and subsequent root canal appointment. I explained that I was traveling in the coming days and Dr. Johnson kicked into action by completing my procedure and adding a permanent filling at no additional cost. His attention to detail, professionalism and commitment to patient care is unparalleled. Thank you City Endodontics!

I had an exceptional experience with City Endodontics and would highly recommend to anyone, you will not be disappointed! The entire team goes above and beyond and truly cares about each patient. Also, Marcus is a one-of-a-kind endodontist with incredible care, bedside manner, attention to detail, meticulousness, and patience. I was blown away by the service I received from initial consultation to the actual procedure to the follow-up appointment. What an incredibly well-run practice!
