Dipl.Med. Irina Zolotareva

We are very satisfied with Irina Zoloterieva and the entire practice team. The care is always professional, friendly, and empathetic. Our child feels very comfortable here, and we appreciate her patient manner and detailed explanations. Appointments are well organized. A highly recommended pediatric practice!

We are very grateful that our son was able to enroll in this practice. The doctors are very kind and attentive, they spend a lot of time and always provide good treatment. Sometimes you can wait a long time, but for us this is not a problem, since we can come without an appointment with acute complaints and illnesses and be examined on the same day. We contacted another doctor on Sunday with a house call because our son was very ill and he prescribed him to drink water, and said that there was no problem. This alerted us because we understood that he was ill and needed treatment. So on Monday morning we immediately went to our doctor, to this practice, they accepted us, examined us very carefully and diagnosed an otitis media, we received antibiotics and all the necessary medications, we were able to immediately begin treatment, for which we are incredibly grateful. We are confident that our child is safe here, all the staff is kind and polite, I wish patience and health to all the staff, I wish there were more doctors like him in Hamburg!

Very friendly and helpful
