Highly recommended practice. I've been a patient for several years now. Dr. Rust is extremely reliable, approachable, and takes his time. You feel taken seriously and well-advised. Ms. Seminov is also consistently friendly, competent, and organized; the interaction is always respectful and pleasant. Appointments are well-structured and without unnecessary waiting times. The only drawback used to be the rather small size of the practice. That's no longer an issue: The new practice on Winterhuder Weg is more spacious and in a prime location. Overall, a clear recommendation.

Dr. Rust is the best doctor for me! He helped me incredibly during a very difficult time. He always takes his time, really listens, and is simply a wonderful person. The receptionist is also always friendly and warm, greeting you with a smile; you immediately feel well cared for. If I could, I would give him more stars.

As a foreigner who struggles with German, I felt very safe and well cared for. Unlike other doctors who have dismissed my concerns because I couldn’t explain them perfectly in German, Dr. Rust and his team treat their patients with genuine care, no matter where they come from.
