Dr. med. N. Bettina Heitmann

Even thought I'm a fan and rely on Bettina, today while she was absent I got a bad experience, was left behind waiting for 3h, No doctor picked me up, new people without appointments entered and left, and I stayed there, only when then the praxis was closing for lunch they "received" me. ---- After a call from the praxis, it became clear that there was a miscommunication, and unfortunately, the blame falls solely on me. I will restore my previous rating and consider this incident as extraordinary.

While other doctors told me that they cannot take me as a new patient as they are full, this praxis simply accepted me. Even though they seem very busy with other patients (like me, who wasn’t accepted by other doctors?) Very polite and professional too. I couldn’t find a family doctor for 1.5yrs in hamburg (as a result, I couldn’t get treatment from other specialized doctors) finally found a good praxis. Very happy

Good energy and wonderful staff right off the bat, my appointment was set to be with Frau Dr. Heitmann but unfortunately she was not in so I was quickly set up with another Dr. Kanaan. Bear in mind I was a new patient. I was welcomed warmly, my problems were sorted accordingly because Dr. Kanaan paid attention to me, never judged me. Im grateful for this Praxis, unfortunately they cannot be my Zahnarzt praxis too 🥲
