Recommend this place as straightforward, honest and no frills. I tend to rate visits based on their transparency with insurance and their ability to execute the visit competently and efficiently. First, the office accurately identified my insurance policy coverage for my visit when I asked. A lot of times, providers take a guess rather than check your actual policy. I did an annual physical and the front desk let me know that bringing up extra concerns would be extra, which I appreciated knowing ahead of time. They accommodated me arriving slightly late due to work, which was also really appreciated. You will not be seen by the actual doctor for routine things, you’ll be seen by a nurse, and they did great. This office is nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. It’s clean, straight forward, and transparent. If you’re looking for just a simple, straightforward visit, this was it. I didn’t feel pressured into additional services or unnecessary tests, which was refreshing for NYC. As one reviewer appointed out, they will ask you to put a credit card on file. This is even if your visit is covered with insurance. I thought this was fine. Finally, they didn’t keep me waiting long. Waiting time was about average for NYC.

My nurse was awesome! She took her time and talked you through what swab tests would feel like. She made sure I was comfortable when she drew blood. The doctor is also great. She’s so cool and walked me through the possible options and treatments for what I had very simply. Highly recommend and I’ll be back!!
