My child was seen as a troublemaker and I had the feeling I was doing everything wrong and "fought" with the teachers and child care worker.........This led to self-doubt and only after several visits to this institute did we as parents regain our strength and the teachers and management got their comeuppance :-) THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The entire team, from the incredibly kind and helpful ladies at reception to the psychologist Ms. R. and the doctor Ms. B., are all consistently friendly, patient, and highly competent. Even my frequent inquiries are answered quickly and patiently. I'm so glad that my son and I were able to get appropriate help there relatively quickly, despite the endless waiting lists.
