Friendly staff, especially Dr. Mosunova and Ms. Schulz. I had extremely high long-term blood sugar (over 12). I'm always able to get through my appointment quickly. Great practice, and it's been that way for years.

I was initially a bit skeptical due to the many negative reviews, but I decided to go anyway... I received a very warm and friendly welcome, despite the long queue at reception. The entire process, from reception and the lab to the doctor's appointment, was well-organized, and ALL the staff members made a very competent and empathetic impression. Simply thank you and much respect for your work! Thank you, Dr. Elena Walter... I'm deducting one star for the long queue; improvements should be made here for the benefit of both patients AND staff.
