I have visited Maria multiple times over the past 4 or 5 years for my recurring neck issue. She takes time to test my pain and range of movement before isolating the issue and working on it, with tangible results every time. Maria's approach is professional as well as friendly and she's full of advice about how to keep things moving after your visit. I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family and anyone else reading this.

I have seen Maria with a few different body parts. Most recently my shoulder was painful with restricted movement, preventing me from doing my normal activities. Maria is so professional, understanding, friendly and knowledgeable. My shoulder improved after just one session and after a few more sessions, I am back to swimming and the gym. I highly recommend Maria. She has helped me so much with knee pain I suffered. She gave gentle exercises and ultrasound during my appointments and easy to follow exercises to work on at home with excellent results. She is professional and friendly. Her treatment room is lovely with on street parking outside. Easily accessible location near Hove lagoon.
