From the time I was greeted by the courteous, empathetic and professional front office staff I knew that the endodontics practice was superior and more attentive than once I’ve had clinical experience in the past. The dental associates that guided me through the process of the advanced radiographic images that were going to be conducted to determine the root cause of my problem was something I had not had the opportunity in previous practices in different boroughs of New York City or NJ. As for Dr. Boyd, her clinical knowledge was superior, patient connectivity and attention to detail to ensure I understood what she discovered the issue was and ensuring I understood the next steps to remediate the problem. I am overly impressed by the initial consultation by all member members of the practice in the look forward to working with them moving forward.
