I was in an accident and a nurse at my job called in a favor and was able to get me squeezed in last minute at the Urgent Care at NYU Langone at Trinity. The medical assistant, Ysenia, was so kind and lovely. The nurse practitioner I saw, Cassie, was so sweet and advised me on how to care for my wounds moving forward and even gave me step-by-step instructions to take home when I said I processed instructions better that way. They both kept me at ease during the appointment.
I started seeing orthopedic surgeon Dr. Golant for some patellar tendonitis I'd been having for years. I specifically wanted his expert opinion given his experience and focus on the patella, and he was incredibly professional, informative and supportive throughout my care. We decided to go the surgical route, and I'm so happy we did. I am now pain free and have been able to fully return to all activities. Highly recommend Dr. Golant and his staff.
