Their communication with us, their attention, the weekly correspondence, the help, the advice they gave were wonderful; they were very helpful. Everyone there was very warm and friendly; there was never any doubt or fear. Day by day, your stomach gets used to healthy living. I used to have very bad habits, but now I don't. I lost exactly 31.5 kilos in 6 months with the gastric balloon. I don't have the intention of continuing to lose weight; now I'm focused on healthy eating and I've managed to make it a routine. I love looking in the mirror now; my body feels lighter, I can breathe better, and I love myself very much.
