I have Hashimoto’s Disease and Pernicious anemia and felt very unwell with extreme fatigue for over 6 months. My regular doctor kept insisting I had depression even though I told him I was certain I didn’t. After one visit with Lindy she ordered some blood tests and found that despite having b12 injections my active b12 was extremely low and she recommended an active b12 spray. She also increased my thyroid medication and suggested some other vitamins. Within weeks I felt better than ever! I can’t thank her enough! My regular GP refuses to acknowledge that Lindy has made me better and suggested to me that the lab must have made an error with the blood tests as it is unusual to have low active b12 while having b12 shots. Even after my levels rising after using the spray. My regular GP also suggested I feel better due to the placebo effect. I am so disappointed with my regular GP but I am so grateful for Lindy Poole!
