Excellent service provided by Dr. Sükrü. I am a foreigner in Istanbul and I have been to many medical clinics (private clinics in USA) Dr. Sükrü’s office feels like home. From the moment you enter, you’ll be welcomed with vibrant colors, beautiful interior decorations that would calm your nerves (anxiety) down. His private practice feels more like a house rather than a dark, gloomy office. His assistant is very helpful. As for Dr. Sükrü- he is detailed, a very good listener, compassionate, patient and is willing to help you understand the process of what you are getting yourself in to. I don’t speak Turkish which could be a barrier between us but it is not a problem with Dr. Sükrü. He very much helped me understand everything I need to know about the tests, medications and process. Dr. Sükrü is very detailed when it comes to explaining his findings/ results. Also, communication after the visit is abreeze! He responds to my questions right away. Although his practice is new I can tell he is very knowledgeable of his specialty. To make it easier- He won numerous awards here in Turkey and in USA. If you are reading this and thinking of finding a good, reputable, professional, great-listener Cardiologist- then look no further. Book an appointment with Dr. Sükrü and you won’t get disappointed. Thank you Doc for your help! UPDATE (September 2021) Over a month since my last visit and Dr. Sükrü still patiently responds to my questions and concerns. I am very pleased to have chosen him as my cardiologist. His professionalism is far better than Doctors in the US. I am familiar with this because I used to work closely with doctors in the US.
