RW Perio 75 Harley Street London Dr Vanessa was excellent. I was quite nervous about the pain beforehand, but it was much better than I expected. Her experience and technique really showed, and she made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout. She explained the condition of my gums clearly. I knew they weren’t great, but I didn’t realise how severe it was, so I appreciated her taking the time to go through everything properly, including the follow-up treatment plan. The team were all welcoming and professional, and the whole process felt smooth and well organised. I also really liked the wellness options they offer, including being able to choose your Music 🎶 preferences during treatment. It made the experience much more relaxing and personal. Thank you to Dr Reena and the whole team for such a great experience.

I had my appointment at RW Perio recently and it went very well from start to finish. Rakhee from the Patient Experience Team was excellent throughout. Communication was clear, appointments were handled efficiently, and all my questions were responded to promptly and professionally. Hiba, Advanced Hygienist, was outstanding during the appointment itself. She explained each stage of the procedure very clearly and regularly checked that I was comfortable, which was very reassuring. The most valuable part of the visit for me was the education around hygiene, particularly cleaning tightly spaced implants and an implant-supported bridge. This is critical day to day, and Hiba took the time to demonstrate the techniques properly and in a way that was easy to understand. I was also kindly allowed to record the implant-specific hygiene instructions on my phone, which means I can refer back to them at home and ensure I maintain good hygiene between appointments. Highly professional, patient-focused, and genuinely supportive. I would highly recommend RW Perio, especially for anyone with implants who wants long-term maintenance done properly.

I had concerns about my gum health for years and tried a few periodontists, even having laser treatment, but my gums did not improve. I came to RW Perio and within a month my gums have improved remarkably well. Where I had some loose teeth, they have tightened significantly, which I’m really glad about as it means I can keep my own teeth. The staff are amazing beyond words, very caring, professional, and supportive throughout the whole process. I’m very grateful for the treatment and would highly recommend them to anyone with gum health concerns. If I could give 10 stars I would. Keep up the good work guys 😀
