I met Dr. Berfin four years ago. I was very pleased with her incredible care, knowledge, and friendly approach during my daughter's birth. Last year, due to an illness, Dr. Berfin was my first choice again, and she performed my surgery. She was so attentive, constantly monitoring me day and night, and made me say, "I'm so glad I chose her." Now I'm pregnant, and I learned she was leaving, and my wife and I were incredibly sad. Still, I didn't leave without my first checkup. Even as I was leaving, she said, "I'm waiting for the news and photos of you and your baby." I'm so glad I met such an unknown doctor. Finding the right doctor during menopause is truly crucial. Unfortunately, there are still many examples of doctors prescribing hormones based solely on blood tests, without considering the clinical picture. Therefore, many women suffer from incorrect or incomplete treatment during this process. Having heard about Dr. Berfin from many people I knew in Gaziantep, I wanted to meet her at the beginning of our journey and continue our path together, 4 years ago. I'm so glad we experienced the follow-up and birth process with you. Our child was a bit impatient, I think, and the vaginal birth process changed due to my excitement, my blood pressure rising, and his heart rate dropping. Dr. Berfin always prioritized mother and baby, and even though it was a clinic day, she constantly monitored us. Finally, she came and said, "I think we should proceed this way, to avoid risks, you are important," and suggested whatever was best. I said goodbye to my family and was quickly taken for a Cesarean section. If we hadn't discussed what the contractions would be like in the final months, what to expect, and what to do in different situations, and if we hadn't come to the hospital immediately, perhaps we would have experienced different, worse situations. Thank God, we both had a healthy birth process. Even when I described my preparations for the hospital bag, she listened calmly, smiling, and said, "Let it flow, these things are enough, live in the moment, the rest will be taken care of, don't think about what's missing." She took care of everything: pregnancy, birth, postpartum follow-up, and family check-ups. We were constantly in contact. Thank you so much for treating all your patients as if they were precious people you've known for years. When I was leaving Gaziantep, I was most saddened that I wouldn't be able to find you. But whenever I wrote or called, you answered and we got in touch. Hopefully, I'll insist on seeing Dr. Berfin again for my second child and we can meet again, God willing.
