The staff here are really kind. All of the nurses and reception staff are helpful during checking in, blood tests and vaccinations. Some of the staff speak a little English. I saw Dr Rosin (speaks English) many times both online and in person; he is very polite, compassionate and takes time with you during the appointment. Once or twice the video Doctolib appointments were missed but overall a great praxis.

I finally felt understood by the doctor here in Berlin, here in this clinic. Friendly staff and the doctor really took time to understand your symptoms. Easy to book the appointment with them, waiting time was longer than expected but it’s still reasonable.

Very pleasant practice. Always easy to make appointments and Dr Bartneck has been understanding and helpful every time I have visited. I would recommend to German and English speakers alike
